Vualla!

This is a portrait of Hilary Duff as a baby on her body guard. He is a cool guy.
Here he is holding a gun that he is about to point at the paparazzi that took this photo. He told me they cant get any money for the photos were he is waving guns around in them, haha ha ha. Photo stolen from my friends at TheHundreds.com

Owl and snake combo tattoo. This is what happens when you tell me to make it however I want. I am proud of the posture of the owl. Thanks to my homie Sergio makes an excellent client.

Front and back views.

Three cups of cholo with some free masonry for good measure

A detail of the elbow pit of my buddy Dean. This tattoo is fresh and bloody.
Egyptian eye on a korean girl's rib.
Chain around the neck, with his lady's initials inside the medallion.
La Sirena, part of a soon to be sleeve that started with the fixing of a large tattoo on the shoulder. There is a pirate ship on the other side of this arm..

Some of that

A friend of the shop Avshi came in and asked me for a Queen in honor of his mother. This is what I drew up and tattooed him with.

Broken spider tattoo, actually it was solid for a tribal tat, but he wasn't feeling it anymore so he commissioned me to fix it. In this photo is my yellow, green, and red sharpie sketching.
The Fixed product, looks like it was always meant to be that way. Some single needle webs under it and its good to go.
A dragon chest and arm piece that has come together over the last couple months, one more session!
Black and grey rose with a little bud for good luck. I did the name for this guy about 3 years ago.
Phoenix thigh tattoo, the eyes inside the peacock type feathers are gonna be colored in next time.
Tibetan skull with smoke pouring out the mouth.
Smile now cry later clown cholas, good times!

Some of this

Jesus Christo is watching his back.
Wolf tat, its done now, just haven't photographed it.
Rosary necklace free hand fever.

Spare time

Had a cancellation today....
It afforded me the chance to update this blog. It's been way to long. Here are the rest of the photos that have been accruing for the past month or two.
Jesus Christ! Thats right, This was a one shot tattoo, took me 7 hours. I enjoyed every second of it.
A little magical mixture of old world Japan and good ol' America. Took this Suikoden design and gave him some traditional tattoos and a broken bottle in his hand.
Raven chest piece, with a rose and some draping beads... Hopefully I can finish this soon.

Lord of the flies boar head on a steak, for a guy named Clark.

Smorgasbord

A little design I made as a Jimi Hendrix tribute, bold as love.
This guy had the ninja star on his shoulder from about 8 years ago, and wanted something to work with it. I was able to free hand this Dragon on him. It was a challenge, so far I have done two sessions on it. It will be finished by the next session.
A little traditional butterfly tattoo for a great customer of mine.
Got a chance to make a sugar skull tattoo a bit different than I would normally do and it was a good time.
It was a honor to make this tattoo for an Iraq war veteran. This was just an outline session, one more session and it will be done.
I made this tattoo for my friend Nixie, Her name means, tiny sparkle of water. And so thats what we made her tattoo say with a twist.
This spooky house tattoo was a lot of fun to do. Since finishing this one we have started a cool beginning to a half sleeve with california related imagery, which are my favorite.

Did this on a homie, at first I drew something totally different for him and we had to reschedule. The end result came out awesome. I had to look at it with fresh eyes then it came together sweetly. So with my original design, I am gonna make a painting, all good!

Took a little trip to Eugene, Oregon

And here is what happened.

I got to line this up In Portland last October. This was the second session of this Dragon Koi and Chrysanthemum. This will be a whole sleeve soon enough.

This little tiny tattoo I honorably got to make on my friend Ross Carlson who is an awesome tattooer out of Portland, Oregon. You can now catch him on occasion at Art Work Rebels with Jason Kundell, who is an ass kicker, literally.

ketchup

Some stuff that has been done over the past three months.
A good client had a slight circus theme going on her arm so this was my addition. More to go with it and fill the gaps.

A sweet rose done for my friend's mom, she is 65, this was her first tattoo!
Rose and dagger tattoo for a really cool dude Victor Jimenez, he is a really dope illustrator. This was a tattoo for his first born daughter, congrats!
Sloth hobo for my friend Jared.

Pink flamingo tattoo, notice the crazy implant that i had to work around and touch. That was crazy, tripped me out doing lines next to it.

Commissioned painting of a partying panda bear.

Watermelon man, a christmas gift for my brother.

Until next time...
